We booked a standard double room with a street view that was brand new and came with a comfy bed, central heating, an iron, ironing board, and a work desk.

The location near a cathedral and a chapel was magnificent and perfect. Top-class and incredibly attentive staff who were always there to help.

Ideal location, just a stone's throw away from the train station. Had a great time in a peaceful neighborhood. Rooms come with balconies for a nice touch. 🌟

It's a good hotel, it's up to expectations. Staff is very helpful, breakfasts on solid 4, linen and towels were changed every day, not all 4 ok, location is excellent, to the Duomo - 10 minutes leisurely step.

Soundproofing is not good, and noisy when the windows are open.

This place has a peaceful vibe. You can't beat the location - a cathedral and a chapel are right nearby 🏛️. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and bars around here for convenience.

We got a room with a separate shower.

The staff here were very attentive and the service was good; I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and meat.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. We will certainly retur.n to Hotel City when we visit Florence again
